Spirit Week 2020 – This is It
We need /want to do something to bring our schools together; and would like to include our community as well. We are inviting all students (K-12) and all community members/departments to join in the fun of dressing up each day.
Theme: Spirit Week 2020 – This is It.
Dates: November 16 – 20, 2020 (week before Thanksgiving Break)
Dress Up Days
We are trying to make them easy and give options so more people can/will participate
Demonstrate participation sending digital pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com; or posting to school Facebook page
MONDAY: Black Hoodie OR Tie Dye Day
TUESDAY: Throw Back Day OR Halloween 2.0 (Recycle/Reuse a Halloween Costume)
WEDNESDAY: Class Color Day (non-HS classes and departments can choose their own colors or join one of the high school classes)
THURSDAY: Dress to Impress – Formal – wear your prom stuff OR ZOOM outfit – Dress up on top, sweats/shorts on bottom;
FRIDAY: Cultural Appreciation, not Appropriation Day – Regalia/Ribbon Skirt/Shirt Day OR can wear one’s own culture
NOTE: This is NOT a competition for the Spirit Stick, but we are asking people participate for the fun of it, and share their photos.
NOT DOING: Hall decorations, Spirit Games, Dance, Sporting Event, anything in person – and please don’t complain about it. We have regulations and restrictions that we need to follow here at the school.
